Technology is a massive part of my life as a food blogger.
Summer is my favourite season, mainly because lots of my favourite fruits are in season, such as blackberries (from May until September). Around the area where we take the dogs for walks there are hoards of blackberries.
As it has been pretty warm lately, frozen yoghurt is the perfect treat to enjoy. My favourite frozen yoghurt that I have made is a Forest Fruits Frozen Yogurt.
A while ago Oppo Ice Cream kindly sent me some vouchers to get some of their ice cream to do a review for them. Also to come up with a funky recipe to use their ice cream in.
This recipe was another spontaneous bake, I was going to make a chocolate mousse but I needed egg whites. So I decided to make some eggless brownies instead.

Homemade doughnuts are one of my favourite sweet treats to both make and eat! When I made these it was more of a spontaneous bake, because I had everything I needed and I just fancied some doughnuts.

Telford Shopping Centre featured an event called Foodilicious on Monday 1st May. This event was a celebration of the food across Telford Shopping Centre and the new Southern Quarter development.
Some of you may know that I have got two dogs; Eddie and Bruno. Bruno is a Boxer-Staffy cross breed, and Eddie is a Labrador- Collie Cross.
