This recipe for frozen fruit pops is pretty diverse and super easy too. You can just chop and change the ingredients in this to make different variations. Essentially it’s just using your favorite fruits, and blending them up with some yogurt to make a fab little treat. This is a great thing to do if you need to fill some time up in the holidays with the kids.
As a little sub-recipe, you could even make some frozen fruit pops for the dogs (if they are okay with yogurt because some dogs are lactose intolerant). Their treat would just be a banana, or other dog-friendly fruits blended up with yogurt and half a teaspoon of honey. Then spoon into a mold and freeze. Forest Fruit Pops
250ml low-fat Greek yogurt
4tbsp organic honey
100g caster sugar (add more or less depending on if you like the sourness of the berries)
2-3 handfuls of frozen forest fruits
1. Blend the yogurt, honey, caster sugar, and forest fruits together until thick and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds. Sprinkle some granola over the top.
3. Put a lollipop stick in the center of the mixture so you can pull out the forest fruit pop later.
4. Freeze the molded mix for 3-4 hours or overnight.
When you’re ready to eat them just pop them out of the mold and enjoy!
